HERITAGE TRUST FUND
This state programs provides matching funds for preserving historic properties listed in the National and State Registers.
Heritage Trust Fund (HTF) grants reimburse for qualifying expenses like professional fees and construction costs. Properties owned by local governments, private individuals, nonprofit organizations, and for profit entities qualify for these grants. Those owned by state and federal governments do not qualify for this program.
Individual grant awards may not exceed $90,000 and must be matched by the recipient.
