HISTORIC PRESERVATION FUND
This federal program provides matching funds for preservation planning activities that will contribute to planning for the preservation of buildings and archeological resources.
Historic Preservation Fund (HPF) grants reimburse up to 60 percent of eligible expenses to produce a tangible product.
Grant applications are due in March each year; they are highly competitive.
Grant applications are reviewed by the Historic Sites Board of Review and are announced at the board's May meeting.
